To test my design abilities by designing a brand, logo, and layout. I also used this as an opportunity to explore and learn more about Open Source technologies that are available and implementing them on the site. I also customized the image gallery Drupal module and expanded my abilities in using Views and CCK.

MrBarber.net - Future teachers site. Plans to create a community based classroom tool to allow students to ask questions and blog about classroom subject matter.

Savannahnow.com
Coded HTML from design, converted HTML to Drupal template. Implemented template to upgrade whole design. Created custom page templates for hyperlocal papers (EffinghamNow, BryanCountyNow). Installed Yahoo search and ads to entire site. Created ‘Spotted’ includes using Perl and RSS. Made new module functions to create desired changes that are different from Drupal4.6. Created functions that provide different views for outputing content (ex: Staff and Member Blogs Block on Share, Savannah Area Blogs Block). Created profiles and favorite photo for users.

Fanaticzone.com - (site change)
Prototype redesign created a site that aggregates rss feeds and allows users to vote on individual stories like digg. It also grabbed tagged flickr photos and in sections for tagged pages it would pull back images for that tagged word.
